All our properties are conveniently situated in Brynmill, within easy walking distance to Swansea University Singleton Campus and close to the bus route to the Bay Campus. Alongside our own dedicated maintenance team, the properties are Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and subject to local authority regulations. We are Registered and Licensed with Rent Smart Wales and are members of the National Landlords Association. Student Deposits are protected in a government authorised tenancy protection scheme.
Cheryl deals with all property viewings, tenancy agreements, utilities and general administration.

Mark manages the property development and maintenance. He has a wealth of experience improving and renovating our student accommodation, making it a home away from home for you.
Mark is a HMO Registered Landlord.
Ian deals with day-to-day general property maintenance. He ensures all the important functions are carried out to keep you safe and us compliant. He arranges the HMO, fire alarm, electrical & gas safety inspections.
