We are a local, family run business which has been providing great quality, value for money, clean and safe accommodation to students for the past 30 years. We are pleased to offer several 4, 5 & 6 bedroom student homes for rental in August 2025/ 2026. We have a friendly property maintenance team on hand 24/7, to ensure that any repairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently
All our properties are conveniently situated in Brynmill, within easy walking distance to Swansea University Singleton Campus and close to the bus route to the Bay Campus. Alongside our own dedicated maintenance team, the properties are Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and subject to local authority regulations. We are Registered and Licensed with Rent Smart Wales and are members of the National Landlords Association. Student Deposits are protected in a government authorised tenancy protection scheme.

Cheryl is a member of the National Landlords Association and a Rent Smart Wales Registered Landlord.

Mark manages the property development and maintenance. He has a wealth of experience improving and renovating our student accommodation, making it a home away from home for you.

Ian deals with day-to-day general property maintenance. He ensures all the important functions are carried out to keep you safe and us compliant. He arranges the HMO, fire alarm, electrical & gas safety inspections.
